Responsible for the implementation, driving and facilitation of IT training within Oxfordshire Mental Health Care Trust and the five Primary Care Trusts in Oxfordshire.

• Communicate with managers at all levels to identify training needs.
• Create, distribute and analyse Training Needs Analyses.
• Deliver MS Office training as support for ECDL distance learners.
• Create training materials for and deliver introductory courses on basic computer use.
• Facilitate use of open learning centres.
• Invigilate European Computer Driving Licence exams.
• Develop and support initiatives to drive the use of e-learning
